Working Equitation Clinic - 1 Day
Time & Location
About the Event
This clinic will cover rules and history of the sport and an introduction to dressage and obstacles – bring your horse & a lunch, have fun and ask questions!
Sometimes described as "dressage with obstacles, Working Equitation may be one of the newer & fastest growing equine sports in Canada, but the clinics presented by Dee Lyke are beneficial to all riders! You do not have to be a WE competitor to take part, learn some new things and have fun!
At this Working Equitation clinic, you have the opportunity to learn some new skills which will help develop the connection / relationship with your horse and support you in learning new skills and refining ones you already have through challenging you & your horse in new ways.
About our clinician - Dee Lyke: Dee is one of the Saskatchewan directors for Working Equitation Canada and has a thorough knowledge of the sport. She is an accomplished Level 4 Working Equitation rider with many wins over the past three years. She enjoys competing with different breeds in the sport, including Arabians, Quarter Horse, and her Friesian stallion Braam.
